Summer is coming fast and that means more time outside. One of the big health concerns is staying hydrated. Although you should be thinking about dehydration all year round, summer seems to really bring light to the danger.

Mike Adams of Naturalnews.com has done an interview with Dr. Batmanghelidj, author of Water For Health, For Healing, For Life. Glad I only had to write his name not say it.

In this interview you will likely learn how water and dehydration can cause many illnesses that you may not had associated with your water consumption.

One part I found very interesting is how simple things such as being tired in the mornings can be a sign of dehydration.

In section 5, you can see how asthma is also related to dehydration. I will say that after reading this, I saw the light. It all makes total sense. Water, yes water could be a successful way to elevate asthma. What if you just gave it a try? I mean water is pretty much free. We know that the chances of having a bad side effect to water are very slim. I think what Dr. Batmanghelidj suggest in this interview is well worth a shot. Cutting out the steroids and other meds and start drinking more water – it’s a no brainer!

During the interview they briefly talk about water helping with hypertension. I know that Brad had problems and had been prescribed with medication at one time. He began increasing his water consumption and does not take medication anymore. So, Brad will swear by what Dr. Batmanghelidj is stating in this section of the interview.

Are you waiting until you feel thirsty before you reach for that glass of water? Do you wait until your kids ask for water before you give them a drink? Could that waiting be harming the body? Well, you will find out in this report.

Now, go over and take a few minutes to read The Water Cure: An interview with Dr. Batmanghelidj. You will not be sorry. You may find it is the best time you have spent online all day.

Drinking more water and staying hydrated could save you days of feeling bad, hours at the doctor’s office, and dealing with the bad effects of medication.

The human body is about 60% water in adult males and 55% in adult females. Lean muscle tissue contains about 75% water by weight. Blood contains 95% water, body fat contains 14% water and bone has 22% water. ~ Wikipedia

Keith@Norman Rockwell ArtI read Dr Batman's first book, Your Body's Many Cries For Water, about 10 years ago. It was so convincing that I immediately increased my water intake, cut out all carbonated beverages (except beer). I could definitely see a difference in the way I feel.
I wish I could convince my friends to read his research. Adopting a higher water consumption would most definitely improve the health of the whole lot.
I have since stepped up my water consumption to include ionized, oxygenated water. I feel even better consuming that water.
It is always good to flush out as many toxins as possible.
Thanks for the reference.
