Got GERD?

Here are a few things you might want to try. Because the acid blockers…. That the Dr. gives you may keep you from digesting your food well. Then you have more problems! The acids in your stomach not only digest food but also help protect you from many food born illnesses.

***Lots of water!!! Lots!!!

***Digestive enzymes such as Papaya or Ginger after a meal.

***Drink herbal tea after meals look for ~ peppermint, chamomile, ginger, licorice root, & catnip. These may even help repair the lining of your stomach.

***This my favorite!! Apple Cider Vinegar!!! Dill Pickels or the juice! I know this sounds crazy but every one that I know has had great success with this.

Here is a link so you can read what and how others have used this.

I hope this gives you a little relief!

DanThis is really great information Sheryl! My father has had ulcers for a couple of years and the lining in his stomach is all but gone. I'm going to start him on some of the different teas you have mentioned.

Thanks much,
Dan
