I am sure you have seen web pages, splash pages, and social networking profiles where a person's name or web address is tiled as a background. You can do this yourself with 2 programs that are on most every ones computer. Microsoft Word and Paint programs are all you need.

Follow these step's to personalize your pages background.
Step 1
Go into Microsoft Word and Create a Word Art with your Text.
Click Insert (in the top menu bar) then Picture you will then choose Word Art.
Select a Word Art Template
Enter Your Word art Text
Select your Font Style and Size
If you would like to change the color of your text Go to VIEW (in the top menu bar)Pick ToolBars now check mark Word Art. Left click on your word text. A small Word Art Menu bar will pop up ate the bottom of your page. Click on the Paint Bucket & Brush icon. There you can pick Fill Color, Line Color, or No Line. You can also use customized colors by clicking that near the bottom of the box. Fill Effects will let you texture or shade blend your words colors.
If You would like to change the shape of your word art, left click on the words, the small menu box that pops up will have an abc icon (word shape), click that & you can give different angles to your text.
REMEMBER, if you try any change & do not like it Go to the EDIT button on the top menu bar click the UNDO, this will put your art back like it was before your last step. Also in your 2nd level icon menu bar you will have 2 arrows 1 will go back a step the other will go forward a step.
Rotate your Word Art (Going from Top Right to Bottom Left seems to work best)
Step 2
Open Paint and create a New File
Click File (in the top menu bar) pick New from that dropdown box.
Step 3
In Paint ---- Set Image Attributes Size to
Width 336 Pixels (May need to adjust to fit your text)
Height 394 Pixels (May need to be adjusted to fit your text)
Click on Menu Item Image then Attributes
Type 336 in Width Text Box
Type 394 in Height Text Box
Mark the Pixles circle in the Units box right below that.
Mark the Colors circle in the next box down
Now click the OK Button
Step 4
Go back to Microsoft Word and Copy the Word Art Image
Right Click on the Image then click copy
Step 5
Go to paint and Paste the Word Image
Click Edit (on the top menu bar) then click Paste from the dropdown box. Repeat now you have 2 images one on top of the other.
Click & hold as you drag the top image. Place the 2nd image - below & to the right of the 1st image. The 1st letter of the 2nd image should be lined in the middle of the 1st image.
Step 6
In paint choose your background Color
Click Colors (on the top tool bar) then click Edit Colors from the dropdown box and a Color chart will pop up.
You can click on Define Custom Colors to find a shade that is just right.
Next Click on the Magnifying glass (in the menu bar on the left) , click on the 2x.
Then Click the Little Paint Can (in the menu on the left).
Pick the color you want from the color chart at the bottom of the page.
Then Click the Image , be sure to fill in all the white in the center of letters.
To put it back to its original size, click the Magnifying Glass & pick 1x.
Step 7
Save Your Paint File as a Gif or JPG
Click on Menu Item File then Save As
Place in My Pictures
Type a File name in the Box (sherylloch.jpg)
Select GIF or JPG from the Save as type Box
Click the Save Button
Step 8
You can upload image to your server, you will now have a link to your image- //domain/images/sherylloch.jpg
Step 9
Place the following code inside your body tag background=http://domain/images/sherylloch.jpg
Step 10
When using as a background on a social networking site load as an image in the background area.
