Why Play Word Games?
There are a few reasons to play games on a forum board.
You can expose your sig-line to many people playing word or related games. Here is just an example to show you on our personal board, if you look at An Alphabet Game there are only 25 posts to that thread, But, look at the views there are well over 1200. Even if you look at the threads with 1 reply there are 25 to 49 views there.
When you post in game threads you are posting your name with all different words or phrases along with others doing the same. If you make your post and sign every post with your real name and your username, (like you should be doing every time you post,) you will be building links and branding your names.
There is always the chance that someone would type a word into a search that connects with a word or phrase in the game section, click on it and see your sig-line.
I will continue this article and talk about back-links and get into what is working and what is not. There is a new generation of effective lack linking going on right now!
