2 Great Blog Contest

My Blog Buddies Contest

I have a couple of friends that are running contest on their blogs.
I almost never promote anyone’s blog contest because I do not like being told I have to for a CHANCE to win.

So here are 2 contests that I am willing to promote, because I want to -
No, they are not the kind where you have to blog about how great they are nor do you have to buy anything, promise to kiss their feet, give them your 1st born…Although I do have a couple of ex’s that I would gladly trade.

Nope, just simple tweets and pictures involved.
Oh, you will want to follow them on Twitter so, you can get notified of updates. Yes, it is safe to follow them because I do not promote any scammers, spammers, or scumbags!

The ladies at the Secret Women's Business Network have a competition up and running through Sept 10, 2009.
They are Giving Away an iPhone 3GS - Dismal Failure brings a New Contest

They have a message for you to Tweet out to be entered. Now, how easy is that? Even a caveman could do it.

If you’re thinking that you don’t really want an iPhone – fine. The winner will get a voucher (for the cost of the phone) for the Apple Store so, you can buy what ever your little heart desires.

The 2nd contest that I think you will love is from Brian of Extreme Ezine.
This is one that is outside the box!

Brian has some pin on buttons that say Extreme Ezine, he will send you a button by mail so you can wear it and take a picture in a fun ‘family friendly’ way. Send him the picture of you wearing the button and he will place it on his site with a link to your blog.

I have already sent for our buttons (I had to get 2 so, the dogs could each have one for their picture).

You can see all the contest information and rules at Get Featured with Our Promotional Buttons

Now that you have the links and a bit of information why are you still here?
Oh yeah, your leaving a comment to let us all know you are in the running at both blog contest.
So leave your comment and get over to the SWBN and Brian’s blog to enter!

Have fun and good luck!

Hi Sheryl, I just tweeted to enter Secret Woman's Business Network's contest. I'm addicted to my Instinct smart phone and now I want an iPhone real bad. They are amazing, a friend was showing me his and it's just like having the smallest laptop in the world. It's a great prize and every other contest I've seen for a prize of that caliber may as well ask you to send a severed finger by overnight mail and notarized by a thousand marketers. SWBN's contest gives everyone a chance, not just mega guru marketers.

Thanks for promoting my promotional button contest. You know, I didn't really think of it as a contest but I guess it really is. It's going to be a fun long term project that will hopefully benefit everyone involved. Kind of a contest where everyone that participates wins. A big thanks to you and Sire for livening up the post while the word gets out. I love that kind of socializing.

@Brian,
Yes the ladies of the SWBN are pretty cool. They know that we are not all 'guru's' that can grow an extra finger just to make a deal. ;)
Good luck on winning the iPhone!

You do have a contest. Yes, there is no way I want Sire to have a cooler or funner picture with your button than I do. Just because he has sharks where he lives will not mean he can 'win'. In fact I may have to jump in the fish tank at Bass Pro Shops to snap a quick pic. LOL!
