Resource Code Box for Banners, Badges, Buttons

Putting a Code Resource Box Under Your Banner or Button

Many people would like their readers to be able to hook straight up to a button or banner to advertise their site or a group that they belong to. It would be great if the others could have a pre-made HTML code so, they can just copy and paste!

I know that many Mommy blogs give out ‘badges’ to other blogs to show that they are part of a group or even an ‘award’ for great content. Problem is sometimes the bloggers do not know how to grab or construct the HTML Picture code so, they never place the badge on their blog.

These same codes can be used if you are asking a group to place a unified banner on their sites. Some people would place the banner but, just do not know how.

There is an easy fix!

We over at The Internet Marketers Guild just helped one of our other members get set up so her friends could grab a button from her site. How Do You Put a Code Resource Box Below an Image?. In this post you will see that there are a few ways to do it depending on what you are looking for. Yes, you will need to fill in the link to YOUR banner/badge and also the link to the site you want the person directed to once they click the banner/badge.

Here are examples of easy Resource Code Boxes -

Using CodeBlock

Click the banner of the type of resource box you would like to make and it will take you to the correct post.

Brad, Brian, and I had different ways of making our code resource boxes. That is the great thing about forums, you have the chance to ask questions and get answers from a variety of people. Getting all your information from just 1 source can put so many limitations on your results. Well, unless your 1 source of information is your Mom. Then just don’t let her know that you are asking others. ;)

If I ever find the time I'm thinking about collecting helpful threads from http://theinternetmarketersguild.com/ and adding the links to my Tracker Blog. I have hundreds of members that desperately need help like that - even if they don't know it.

@Kristi,
Glad they were helpful.

@Brian,
Yes, I used your secret code to help others! You know that is the only reason I hang around with you is so, I can learn cool codes that I would have never found on my own.

I am trying to put more cool tips and site on at The Guild. I have a list it just seems to take time to try them out before I post about them.
